Russia’s RosAgroMarket to build 19 bln rbl vegetable storage
ROSTOV-ON-DON, Oct 6 (PRIME) -- Wholesale distribution center constructor RosAgroMarket plans to build a 19.2 billion ruble vegetable storage center in the Rostov Region in Russia’s south, a spokesman for the region’s Governor Vasily Golubev told PRIME late on Wednesday.
RosAgroMarket will start construction of the facility’s first stage in January–June 2017, and will construct 125,000 square meters of shopping and storage area with a storage capacity of 100,000 tonnes, the spokesperson said.
The first stage will be launched in early 2018 and investment in it will exceed 10 billion rubles. In early 2019, the company will construct a second, 115,000 tonne stage of the facility. Proxima Capital Group has already invested 300 million rubles in it.
